OBJECTIVE
Cross –sectional survey to assess the prevalence of 5 year old HF, in patients of T2DM visiting the cardiology OPDs across India.
Eligibility
Patient of T2DM visiting the cardiology OPD , without a documented diagnosis of HF
Age limit
18 years to 80 years
